Where Domination Meets Artistry
Pro-Dom Service Policy
This document sets forth the policies, principles, and procedures governing all professional engagements with us as a Top and Dominant. By seeking services from us, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.

1. Purpose and Approach:
Our professional practice as a Top and Dominant is guided by a deep commitment to emotional, physical, and psychological safety. We prioritise transparency, informed consent, and mutual respect in all engagements. Our work is trauma-informed and inclusive, recognising the diverse lived experiences and needs of those we work with. We view BDSM as a collaborative practice, not a replacement for therapy, and approach all scenes with empathy, skill, and ongoing learning.
An aftercare following a scene is available free of charge, with aftercare prearranged before scenes commence.

2. Foundational Principles:
We operate within the following principles:
-
Continuous Learning: We maintain ongoing education in communication, negotiation, safety, risk assessments, technical skills, relational dynamics, and trauma-informed practices.
-
Adaptive and Inclusive Practice: We are committed to accessible and inclusive play, acknowledging the impacts of cognitive biases, social barriers, and health-related challenges on participation.
-
Personal Responsibility: We expect all participants to engage in honest self-assessment, disclose relevant health conditions, and understand their personal headspace and limits.
-
Mutual Respect: We require mutual respect for boundaries, identities, and lived experiences. Disrespect or coercion will result in immediate termination of services.
3. Limits and Boundaries:
We have hard limits on Race Play, Nazi Roleplay, Electro play, funnel feeding, and hardsports. These are non-negotiable. We approach mindfuck or psychological play with caution and only explore such scenarios using a trauma/trust-informed framework (TICK) to minimise harm. We will not participate in any play that violates these principles.
Sex as aftercare will not be agreed to.

4. Informed Consent and Negotiation
All play requires informed, explicit, and ongoing consent (the CCCC model). Before any BDSM engagement, we will conduct a detailed consultation to discuss interests, desires, boundaries, health conditions, access needs, and any relevant triggers, filling out a negotiation checklist. Safewords and signals will be established in advance and must be respected by all parties at all times, reiterated during pre-negotiation before scenes.

5. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation:
-
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your session.
-
Full payment is due no later than 24 hours before your session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rebookings are always encouraged without a forfeit of the deposit.
-
Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and may result in the refusal of future bookings.
-
We require proof of ID verification, which will be a photo including your face with your photo ID, which will be privately kept for repeat bookings.
6. Fees and Pricing:
Our standard professional fees are as follows:
-
1 hour: £100
-
2 hours: £195
-
3 hours: £290
-
4 hours: £385
-
5 hours: £480
-
6 hours: £575
These fees reflect our commitment to skilled, safe, and mindful practice.
Additional costs may apply for travel (for out-calls), as well as for local (West Midlands) and UK-wide dungeon hire.

7. Additional Costs for Watersports, Needle Play & Blood Play:
Watersports, needle play, and blood play require additional preparation, equipment, and safety considerations. This fee will be discussed transparently during negotiation and must be paid in full before the session.

8. Conduct and Punctuality:
Arrive on time for your session. Late arrival may shorten the session without a refund.
We will communicate ahead of time if we anticipate arriving late.
Abusive, coercive, or disrespectful behaviour at any time—before, during, or after sessions—will result in immediate termination of services and potential permanent bans. Harassment will be reported to relevant platforms or communities.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality:
All personal information, preferences, and session content are kept confidential unless you explicitly consent otherwise. Mutual discretion and respect for privacy are required. Consent and privacy documentation may be provided, especially for artistic or creative collaborations.

10. Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any point if our safety, well-being, or boundaries are compromised. This decision is made to protect ourselves and the integrity of our work and does not constitute a judgment on your worth.

11. Risk Management and Personal Responsibility:
We implement a hybrid approach using RACK/RACA (Risk-Aware Consensual Kink/Activity) and PRICK (Personal Responsibility in Consensual Kink), alongside informed consent.
Personal responsibility in scenes includes:
-
Using safewords as needed.
-
Communicating openly about personal limits, triggers, and health.
-
Not engaging in play under duress or in an emotionally compromised state.
-
Informing us if safewording is difficult or if additional supports are needed.
We acknowledge our responsibilities as a Top to maintain skill proficiency, ensure thorough negotiation, and prioritise the emotional and psychological well-being of all participants. We engage in risk management practices, including the use of pre-scene checklists, emergency and aftercare plans, and post-scene debriefing.
12. Trauma-Informed Practices:
Our approach is grounded in trauma-informed principles:
-
Safety: Physical, emotional, and psychological.
-
Trust and Transparency: Open communication of intentions, boundaries, and triggers.
-
Empowerment and Choice: Every participant’s agency is respected.
-
Collaboration and Mutuality: Recognising power differences and fostering shared decision-making before the application of power dynamics.
We do not position ourselves as therapists and will not solicit trauma histories in detail. However, we remain vigilant to trauma responses and will adapt our practices to promote safety and well-being in all interactions.
13. Additional Support and Follow-Up
DM check-ins and aftercare support are available by arrangement according to extended aftercare needs. Aftercare instructions will be provided as needed.

By engaging with us, you affirm your agreement to these terms and your commitment to mutual respect, informed consent, and awareness in all play.
